Membership Application

In order to apply for membership in the Alexandria Retired Police, Fire & Sheriff Association you must complete the membership application and mail to the Association along with your first year's dues of $25.00.

Upon receipt, your membership application will be voted on for acceptance at the next scheduled monthly meeting of the Association. If your application is accepted at the October, November or December meeting, dues will be applied to both the current and the following year. (Surviving Spouses do NOT pay dues.)

You may access the aplication form by clicking HERE  then download to your computer. Once downloaded you may complete the form by filling in the appropriate fields using your computer, then print and sign. Alternatively, you may print the form and complete by hand.
